What field sales apps cost

Field sales software is usually priced per user per month, often with annual commitments and separately priced add-on modules. The headline seat price is frequently not the bill, because the features people assume are included are add-ons. SalesRabbit publishes its pricing; several competitors do not.

Per seat, usually with a commitment

The standard model. Annual billing discounts are common and so are minimum seat counts, which matter disproportionately to small teams.

Add-ons are where the bill grows

Checked on SalesRabbit's pricing page on 6 September 2026, plans were listed at $59 per user per month for Team and $75 monthly or $49 annually for Pro, with separately priced add-on modules ranging from roughly $13 to $31 per user per month depending on billing frequency.

That is one vendor on one day. Several others do not publish pricing at all, and we are not going to estimate on their behalf.

What to ask

Minimum seats, contract length, what happens mid-term if headcount drops, which modules are extra, and what data export you get on the way out. The last one changes character once you have said you are leaving.

How much does field sales software cost?

Why is my bill higher than the quoted price?
Add-on modules, usually. They are priced separately and are frequently the features people assumed were included.
What does KnockMode cost?
Nothing. It is free for one rep and there is no billing in the product at all, so there is currently nothing to buy.
