Is the free plan actually free, or is it a trial?
Free, with no card and no expiry. A solo rep gets the map, Knock Mode, routes, offline and their own stats for as long as they want them. We make money when a company wants the team layer: shared territory, one rep per street, manager views. A rep working alone has no use for any of that.
Does the map really work with no signal?
Yes, and it’s the reason the app exists. Before you head out you tap “Save this area” and the map for those streets is stored on your phone. With the network fully dead we measured it drawing 598 roads and 68 buildings and making zero network requests. Knocks you log go into a queue and upload themselves when you get bars back, stamped with the time you knocked rather than the time you reconnected.
Which areas of the country are covered?
Right now the map data is a Texas extract, so if you knock outside Texas the map will be blank today. A nationwide load is the next thing on the list. If you’re outside Texas, sign up anyway. Everything except the basemap works, and knowing where you knock is what decides which areas load next.
Will it fill in the house address for me?
Sometimes, and we would rather be straight about when. The addresses come from the map data itself rather than a paid lookup, and that data is dense downtown and thin in subdivisions. In a city centre you usually get the full line. In a typical suburb you get the street name and type the number. Fewer taps than typing the whole address, but not rooftop-accurate everywhere, and we aren’t going to pretend otherwise.
What happens to my numbers if I change companies?
They come with you. Your knock count, close rate, streaks and tenure belong to your account rather than your employer. You can join a company workspace, work in it, leave it, and your career record is intact. What you lose is access to that company’s doors, which is the part that makes them willing to let you in.
Can my manager see my doors?
Only doors you created inside their workspace. Anything you knocked in your personal workspace, or at a previous company, stays invisible to them. Every door is stamped with the workspace it was created in and that stamp never changes.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Not yet. KnockMode runs in your phone’s browser and you can add it to your home screen, where it opens full-screen like an app and keeps working offline. Native apps are planned and they will use the same account and the same data.
Do you record my sales conversations?
No. There’s no recording, no transcription and no AI anywhere in this build. Those are planned for the Core plan much later, and if they ship they will be something you switch on rather than something already running.
When do Field and Core launch?
They aren’t built, and there’s no billing in the product at all. You couldn’t pay us today if you wanted to. Leave your email on the pricing page and we’ll tell you when there’s something real to look at.
