Tell us what is wrong with it.
Bug reports are the most useful thing you can send. There’s no support desk and no ticket queue, so this goes to the person who worked on whatever you’re describing.

We read all of it. We don’t reply to all of it, but we read all of it.
What helps most
If something is broken: tell us what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. The phone and browser you were on matters more than you would think, and so does whether you had signal at the time.
If the map is wrong or empty: tell us roughly where. Map coverage is a Texas extract right now, so outside Texas a blank map is expected rather than a bug. But knowing where you knock is what decides which areas load next.
If you run a crew: say how many reps and what you use today. The team plan is being built and what goes into it isn’t settled.
Faster than emailing
- Pricing, plans and what is built: the pricing page is explicit about what doesn’t exist yet.
- How offline behaves: the offline page has the full table, including the two things that don’t work.
- Everything else: the FAQ.
