A pipeline that fits a doorstep

A door-to-door pipeline is organised by address rather than by deal. Each door holds every conversation that ever happened there and a current disposition, and anything with a date resurfaces on the day it is owed. Multi-stage CRM pipelines borrowed from B2B add stages a doorstep conversation never passes through.

The address is the record, not the deal

B2B tools model an opportunity moving through stages. Door-to-door work is better modelled as a place with a history: who answered in March, what they said, who answered in September. The same address may produce several attempts across years and different reps.

That is why the door is the unit and the disposition is the current state of it.

Dates are the only automation you need

Callbacks and appointments carry a date and come back on the day they are owed. Everything else a solo rep needs from a pipeline is a filter over dispositions.

Sequences, lead scoring and stage automation are answers to problems a doorstep conversation does not have.

What KnockMode does and does not do here

Every conversation at an address is kept in order, overdue callbacks are flagged rather than buried, and you can call, text or email a door from the app. That is the pipeline.

There is no team pipeline, no shared visibility and no manager view, because the team layer is unbuilt. A solo rep's pipeline is their own and nothing reports on it.

Common questions

Do I need a CRM for door-to-door?
Not as a solo rep. A CRM models deals moving through stages; door-to-door work is better modelled as addresses with a history and a date.
Can my manager see my pipeline?
Only doors you created inside their workspace. Anything in your personal workspace stays invisible to them, and there are no manager views in the product today.
What happens to my pipeline if I change companies?
The doors stay with the company workspace they were created in. Your own record — knock count, close rate, streaks, tenure — travels with your account.
