Changing companies without losing your record
At most companies your production history stays behind when you leave, because it lives in their CRM. What you can carry is whatever you recorded yourself. In KnockMode your knock count, close rate, streaks and tenure belong to your account rather than your employer, so they survive the move. The doors you worked inside a company workspace do not.
What normally happens
A rep with three strong seasons arrives at a new company with an assertion. The numbers proving it are in a system they no longer have access to, so they negotiate as though they were new.
The split that makes it work
Two different things get conflated. The doors — addresses, conversations, customer data — belong to the company whose workspace they were created in, and should. Your own performance record is about you.
KnockMode separates them deliberately. Every field row is stamped with the org it was created in and that never changes, while your career numbers sit on your account.
Why a company would accept this
Because it is the reason the data is any good. Every field app in this trade is bought by the company and handed to the rep, and nobody fills it in; by Friday the pins are stale. Reps who own their record keep it current without being chased.

- What about the doors I worked?
- Those stay with the company workspace they were created in. You lose access to that company's doors, which is what makes them willing to let you in.
- Can my old manager see what I do next?
- No. Only doors created inside their workspace are visible to them, and anything in your personal workspace never was.
